Following the success of last season’s compelling “The Little Print Show”, Jonathan returns with another inspiring talk that showcases his expertise, creativity and unique vision. In Me, Myself, and Eye, Jonathan will share a curated selection of images from his personal projects, delving into the stories, concepts and inspiration that drive his artistic process. Guiding us through every stage of his craft - from the initial spark of an idea and the photographic techniques involved to the final production of a polished print - Jonathan will offer insights that will challenge traditional notions of camera club photography. This evening promises to transport you into the innovative and thought-provoking world of Jonathan’s visual art.

About Jonathan Vaines LRPS CPAGB AFIAP

Jonathan is a photographer based in Bedford. He is a member and previous president of Cambridge Camera Club. He describes his photography as observational and has a great love of the coast. So, you either find him by the sea or, pre Covid, in a museum watching people walking up and down photogenic staircases.

Much of his work is multiple exposure and he works in set or groups of images than a single image.

An active member within the Camera Club circuit, attending competitions and exhibitions throughout the UK, along with volunteering for the Royal Photographic Society and a member of the East Anglian Federation Executive Committee, all help to keep him busy.
